Shipping Rates
Domestic shipping is free of charge for orders above £300.
Weekend and bank holiday deliveries are currently unavailable.
If you have requested a specific delivery date (where such an option is available to you), we will notify you if it is not possible to deliver on a relevant day and give you a new delivery time.
Policies
1. Policies are subject to change without notice.
Sales
2. Shipping and Billing addresses must be the same for order processing.
Payments
3. Prices are listed in GBP.
4. Accepted payments are Paypal, American Express, Visa & Mastercard.
Prices
5. Prices inc VAT but do not include shipping, duties and Import taxes.
Taxes
6. UK orders are subject to tax.
7. Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and EU orders upon delivery.
Special Collaboration Items
8. All special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
9. Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/cancelled.
10. Special Collaboration Items shipping rates are subject to change and are not fixed.
Shipping
11. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
12. All US orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
13. All International orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS.
14. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed.
15. Allow 1-9 business days for order processing.
16. If a tracking number is not sent within 9 business days, contact us here.
Order Editing or Cancellation
17. An order cannot be edited or cancelled after fulfilment. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us here immediately. Please note that we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.
Returns UK
18. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet these criteria, it may be denied.
20. All Special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
21. A £5 GBP fee will be applied to all returns.
22. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected.
EU
23. All items must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn and resalable conditions. If an item does not meet these criteria, it may be denied.
24. You have 14 business days after receiving your package to request a return here. Unless your item is Made To Order.
25. All Special drop products, including collaboration items, are final sale.
26. A £15 GBP fee will be applied to all returns.
27. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed once the returned merchandise has reached our warehouse and has been inspected. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.
International
28. ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges
29. Conkers does not carry out direct exchanges. You may alternatively return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
30. If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, you have 14 business days upon reception to contact us here. Pictures must be provided.
Lost Packages
31. Conkers is not responsible for any stolen/ lost packages that have been signed for. Costs of stolen/lost parcels are absorbed by the customer.
